Why You Should Join The Mansionly Internship Programme
At Mansionly, we believe in bringing together cultures from across the world to work in harmony. We have been working with international brands and expert designers all this while and are now taking the next step. With the new internship programme, Mansionly aims at offering experiential learning to interior design interns.
Giving them a chance to work hands-on with high profile interior designers, brands and on projects that demand more every day, the emphasis is to move beyond textbooks and emphasize on an actionable instructional experience.
Here’s what our interns have to say about the programme and their experience in India – in their very own words!
Interning for the past few months here in India has been a major eye-opener for me. Everything from the office to home and everything in between has been a huge learning process for me – personally and professionally.
I chose to come here to India because of my love for the culture, food and way of life. So finding this opportunity here at Mansionly was an opportunity I couldn’t resist. I knew it would test me in all ways, but I needed that.
Working for Mansionly has been, and continues to push me to my limits. I didn’t expect to have such roles as an intern, I think if you prove yourself here they really do trust you to go ahead with your work and do it in your way. You get a lot of creative freedom when working on your projects, which you don’t really get at all companies I’ve had experience with. I think it’s important to be able to grow with a company – and so far this is what I’ve done.
Overall, India and Mansionly have had a positive impact in all areas of my life, and if you think you’re up for it – it would be a good step forward.
If you are looking for an internship in a dynamic and challenging environment, you’ve found the right Programme!
From the first day, I got immersed in different projects at different stages. Assisting established architects from various backgrounds in creating design concepts or executing technical drawings, I have gained very hands-on design, as well as multicultural skills.
Under the supervision of a senior designer, I even got the opportunity to design preliminary concepts and to present them to clients.
To put it in a nutshell: A great and highly recommendable deal of fun, of intercultural exchange and of on-the-job learning!
While we carry on working with Caitlin and Denis, and enjoy the learning experience along side, we are welcoming more design interns to join us. We want you to experience India and help us bring luxury interior designing to the country, with design philosophies inspired from different cultures.

The team makes sure you’re actively involved in all the projects. At Mansionly, we’re all about giving it our best to all the projects and experimenting with different design styles and philosophies. So if there’s something you have been wanting to see in action, this is your chance!
4. Get to work with modern technology
At Mansionly, we’re always changing the way we work. And that is not just restricted to different design styles. We also focus heavily on incorporating modern technology in our processes. This doesn’t just help you get hands-on experience of what’s trending in the industry but is sure to give you a competitive edge when it comes to interior designing.
